Service Description
Most men weren’t taught how to talk about intimacy — much less feel safe exploring it. This 60 minute virtual session is a private, non-judgmental space where men can explore emotional connection, sexuality, communication struggles, and nervous system regulation through trauma-informed guidance and somatic awareness. Together, we’ll: Unpack emotional blocks that impact intimacy Explore healthy masculine embodiment (not performative pressure) Release shame and reconnect to authentic desire Create tools for communication and connection in relationships Whether you're single, partnered, or somewhere in between, this work can help you feel more grounded, connected, and clear in how you show up — for yourself and your relationships. 🕯 For men who: Struggle with emotional availability or communication in love Feel disconnected sexually or deal with performance anxiety Want deeper intimacy, but don’t know how to bridge the gap Are ready to grow beyond survival-mode masculinity Virtual sessions only Investment: $150 This work is deeply respectful, confidential, and rooted in trauma-informed care. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Bookings close 1 day and 6 hours before the session starts. Cancellation Policy: *For cancellations, in less than 24 hours, by the patient, a cancellation fee of $25 will be added to your invoice. *For cancellations, at the patient's request, that result in a request of their refundable fee, prior to an appointment, an administrative fee of $15 will be added to your next valid invoice, or subtracted from the refund fee, if requested. *For cancellations, at the Therapist's request, that result in the patient no longer wanting to book or move forward with sessions, an administrative fee of $15 will be subtracted from the refundable fee.
