Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full session; no-shows are charged in full. Package/membership clients forfeit sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed. Exceptions considered for genuine emergencies at the discretion of Intimate Roots.
