Who I Am

I didn’t come into this work because relationships are easy—I came into it because they’re complex, layered, and deeply human. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples navigating everything from desire loss and emotional disconnection to betrayal, communication breakdowns, and major life transitions.

What I’ve learned is this:

Most people aren’t broken. They’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t yet understand. And once those patterns are understood, everything starts to shift.

Who I Work With

I work with:

  • Individuals navigating desire, identity, and connection

  • Couples experiencing conflict, disconnection, or intimacy challenges

  • Clients healing from betrayal or relationship rupture

  • Those exploring non-traditional relationship structures

  • Men and women who want deeper, more aligned relationships

My work is inclusive of monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and alternative relationship dynamics.

How I Work

My work blends:

  • Evidence-based sex therapy

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Somatic and nervous system-informed practices

This means we’re not just talking about problems—we’re understanding how your body, emotions, and past experiences are shaping the way you connect.

I help you:

  • Identify the patterns keeping you stuck

  • Understand what’s happening beneath the surface

  • Learn how to respond differently—instead of react

  • Rebuild connection, trust, and intimacy in a way that lasts

Ready for More?

You don’t have to keep trying to figure this out on your own.

You don’t need the perfect words, a diagnosis, or a clear explanation for why something feels off. Maybe your relationship feels disconnected. Maybe desire has changed. Maybe old patterns keep showing up no matter how hard you try to change them. Or maybe you simply know that the way you’ve been living, loving, coping, or relating isn’t working anymore.

That’s enough of a place to begin.

We’ll start with where you are, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and build from there, with curiosity, honesty, and work that considers your relationships, your experiences, and your body.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be ready to look at what’s really going on.

“I came in thinking something was wrong with me because my desire had completely disappeared. Meg helped me understand that my body wasn’t broken, it was overwhelmed. The way she explained things just made sense. I feel more connected to myself, more confident, and like I finally understand what’s been going on beneath the surface.”
