Who I Am
I didn’t come into this work because relationships are easy—I came into it because they’re complex, layered, and deeply human. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples navigating everything from desire loss and emotional disconnection to betrayal, communication breakdowns, and major life transitions.
What I’ve learned is this:
Most people aren’t broken. They’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t yet understand. And once those patterns are understood, everything starts to shift.

Who I Work With
I work with:
-
Individuals navigating desire, identity, and connection
-
Couples experiencing conflict, disconnection, or intimacy challenges
-
Clients healing from betrayal or relationship rupture
-
Those exploring non-traditional relationship structures
-
Men and women who want deeper, more aligned relationships
My work is inclusive of monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and alternative relationship dynamics.

How I Work
My work blends:
-
Evidence-based sex therapy
-
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
-
Somatic and nervous system-informed practices
This means we’re not just talking about problems—we’re understanding how your body, emotions, and past experiences are shaping the way you connect.
I help you:
-
Identify the patterns keeping you stuck
-
Understand what’s happening beneath the surface
-
Learn how to respond differently—instead of react
-
Rebuild connection, trust, and intimacy in a way that lasts
