About Meg Palubicki
Board‑Certified Sex Therapist & Relationship Professional | Somatic & Trauma-Informed Therapist

WELCOME!
I believe intimacy—at its core—is what makes us feel alive. Yet vulnerability is often the gatekeeper: parts of our history can remain locked in our body long after we’ve moved past them in our mind.
Whether we work together in somatic therapy, individual coaching, or couples sessions, my role isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you come home to yourself. Through presence, attuned support, and a trauma-informed lens, we open space for your nervous system to recalibrate—and for real intimacy to begin.
You are not broken. You are becoming.
— Meg
My Journey & Approach
I know transformation personally. For years, I was conditioned to wear many masks and silence parts of myself, until I finally chose to lean into the work of self-discovery. That journey led me to somatic healing, nervous-system regulation, and holistic embodiment practices that helped me reconnect with authenticity and wholeness.
Today, with over a decade of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness, I blend clinical insight with embodiment, intuition, and grounded curiosity. My own growth fuels my conviction: healing isn’t just conceptual—it’s felt in the body.
Core Philosophy & What We Offer
At Intimate Roots, I believe healing doesn’t happen only in the mind—it happens through the body, the breath, the nervous system, and our felt sense of safety. My work is grounded in compassion and human-centered care, where every individual is honored in their full identity—across gender, orientation, relationship style, neurodiversity, and culture.
Through an integrated, relational approach that weaves somatic practices, emotion-focused therapy, and nervous system regulation, I support clients in moving from disconnection to wholeness. This work is always trauma-informed and inclusive, guided by deep listening, presence, and a commitment to meet you exactly where you are—with curiosity, consent, and care.
Ready to Begin Your Journey?
Whether you're seeking to heal trauma, reclaim desire, or deepen intimacy—with yourself or your partner—you don’t have to do it alone. If you're ready for embodied, compassionate, and transformative support, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
