CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) are also charged in full.
Clients enrolled in packages or memberships will forfeit the scheduled session if canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice.
Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies, severe illness, or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Intimate Roots Coaching & Therapy.
