Fees and Payment Information
At Intimate Roots Coaching & Therapy, our fees are thoughtfully set to reflect the licensure, expertise, training, and education of our therapists.
Standard therapy sessions last 50 minutes, while intake or extended sessions are 75 minutes. Payment is handled on a fee-for-service basis, with package options available for added flexibility. Financing options can also be discussed to ensure accessibility to services.
While we do not accept insurance directly, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. This applies to services provided by fully licensed therapists. Upon request, we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company, should your plan permit out-of-network reimbursement.
Your care and convenience are our priorities, and we’re happy to discuss any questions you may have about fees, payment options, or insurance reimbursement during your session.

Payment
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Financing is available.
Payment Policy
A free initial 30-minute consultation is required before scheduling your first appointment. At the end of this consultation, payment for the first private session is due. Payments for subsequent sessions will be made at the end of each session, in advance of the next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss a scheduled therapy appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
