After the Fog

After the Fog: The Reclamation Retreat is an intimate, three-day experience for women healing from narcissistic, coercive, and emotionally abusive relationships.

This is not a weekend spent retelling everything they did. It is a return to the woman who learned to silence herself, question her reality, and disappear to survive.

Through somatic practices, trauma-informed education, guided release work, embodied boundary exercises, and carefully held community, you will begin separating what happened to you from what you were taught to believe about yourself. Together, we will release the blame, impossible rules, hypervigilance, and responsibilities that were never yours to carry.

Nothing is forced—not disclosure, touch, movement, forgiveness, or participation. You may pause, modify, observe, or step away at any time. This retreat is designed to build choice, capacity, and self-trust, not emotional overwhelm.
