After the Fog is a four-day, three-night retreat for women healing from narcissistic, coercive, and emotionally abusive relationships, hosted by Dr. Meg Palubicki in the warmth of her private Southeast Texas home.
Healing needs room for truth, rest, and the parts of you that have spent too long making everyone else comfortable.
Through somatic practices, trauma-informed education, guided reflection, embodied boundary exercises, and carefully held community, we will explore what happened to you, and what you were taught to believe about yourself because of it. Together, we will practice loosening the blame, impossible rules, and responsibilities that were never yours to carry.
