AFTER THE FOG
THE RECLAMATION RETREAT
Leave the rules.
Keep yourself.
A WOMEN'S SOMATIC RECOVERY RETREAT. TEXAS HILL COUNTRY. FALL 2026
Three intimate days for women healing from narcissistic and coercive abuse, designed to help you come out of survival, release what was never yours, and trust yourself again.
03 DAYS
15 WOMEN
01 RECLAMATION
This is not a weekend spent retelling what they did.
01 / THE BEGINNING
It is a return to the woman who learned to disappear to survive.
After the Fog is a body-first, trauma-informed experience where choice is protected, disclosure is never forced, and healing is not performed for the room. You will be believed without having to prove the damage.
Safety first
Truth next.
Self-trust follows.

02 / BODY FIRST
Safety is not
silence.
It is choice.
Your body adapted intelligently to an environment that kept changing the rules. We do not shame the vigilance, the appeasing, the anger, or the shutdown. We help your system discover that it has options now.
Nothing is forced—not disclosure, touch, movement, or eye contact
.
You may pause, modify, observe, or leave any exercise.
Private regulation space is available throughout the retreat.
The goal is capacity, not catharsis.
Three days.
One honest return.
01 Friday
Come Out of the Fog
02 Saturday
Release What Was
Never Yours
03 Sunday
Trust Yourself Again
Arrive without performing. Settle into the land, orient toward safety, and begin separating what happened to you from what you were taught to believe about yourself.
Meet the rules, roles, blame, and hypervigilance that survival required. Practice embodied boundaries, give anger a safe purpose, and reclaim preferences without explanation.
Turn insight into movement. Rehearse real-life boundaries, identify reciprocal connection, and leave with a personal 90-day reclamation plan.

RELEASE
What was never
yours.
The blame. The impossible rules. The responsibiltiy for someone else's curelty. We name it, locate it in the body, and loosed its grip without demanding that you forgive or forget.
RECLAIM
The woman
underneath.
Your preferences. Your voice. Your appetite. Your anger. Your pleasure. Your future. You are not who you had to become to survive.
04 / HELD, NOT EXPOSED
"You don not have to tell the whole story to be fully
believed."
The group is intentionally capped at twelve women. There is room to connect and room to step away. Evenings close with nourishment, warmth, and grounding—never with participants emotionally opened and left alone to manage the aftermath.

A carefully held
