We’ll briefly explore: What’s bringing you here right now What you’ve already tried What kind of support you’re looking for This is not therapy and not a deep dive, it’s clarity. If we’re aligned, I’ll walk you through next steps. If not, I’ll help point you in the right direction.
Cancellation Policy
Intensives & Custom Support — Policy Intensives are structured, extended sessions designed to provide focused, immersive therapeutic support. • Intensives are non-refundable once scheduled • Payment is required in full to secure your intensive • A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule; late cancellations forfeit the session • Missed intensives without notice are forfeited • Intensives are not transferable • Intensives are not intended for crisis intervention or emergency mental health care • Post-Session Integration Support, if selected, is time-limited and does not replace therapy Intensives require emotional readiness and active participation. Outcomes depend on engagement during and after the session. This structure protects the therapeutic container and ensures the depth and quality of care for all clients.
