Service Description
For women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. This is a one-on-one session focused on nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and reconnection to your body and sense of self. We work somatically and therapeutically — not just talking about the problem, but helping your system actually shift out of fight, flight, or shutdown. This session is ideal if you: Feel emotionally burned out or numb Are disconnected from desire, pleasure, or intuition Are carrying too much and don’t know how to put it down Need grounding, clarity, and a reset — not another pep talk You’ll leave with a calmer nervous system, clearer insight, and practical tools you can actually use.
Cancellation Policy
Intensives & Custom Support — Policy Intensives are structured, extended sessions designed to provide focused, immersive therapeutic support. • Intensives are non-refundable once scheduled • Payment is required in full to secure your intensive • A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule; late cancellations forfeit the session • Missed intensives without notice are forfeited • Intensives are not transferable • Intensives are not intended for crisis intervention or emergency mental health care • Post-Session Integration Support, if selected, is time-limited and does not replace therapy Intensives require emotional readiness and active participation. Outcomes depend on engagement during and after the session. This structure protects the therapeutic container and ensures the depth and quality of care for all clients.
